Financial Analyst - FTSolutions

FTSolutions is searching for a talented and motivated Financial Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our mission of helping companies achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Build and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and assess investment opportunities.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain differences between budgeted and actual results.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and economic developments.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting, operations, and sales, to provide financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in financial data.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
